1. Overview

Casaonsse offers emotionally guided travel experiences designed to support presence, reconnection, and intentional living. These experiences are personalized and not open to the general public; each journey is curated based on alignment and availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in any of our offerings. All participants must complete an intake form and, when required, a call to determine suitability and alignment.

3. Booking & Payment

Each journey requires a deposit of 20–30%, due upon confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot as we begin curating your experience.

Full payment is typically due 45 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated in your proposal. If your journey is booked within 60 days of the start date, the full amount will be required upon booking.

Payment plans may be available, depending on the timing and nature of your journey — feel free to reach out to discuss your options.

Payment instructions, due dates, and terms will be clearly communicated once your experience is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our offerings, all deposits are non-refundable. Full or partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on notice and reason for cancellation. Travel protection or insurance is highly encouraged.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Casaonsse reserves the right to modify itineraries due to availability, safety, or alignment. In all cases, we prioritize the emotional and energetic integrity of the experience.

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating in any Casaonsse offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and decisions. These experiences are not therapeutic interventions or medical treatments. Please consult your physician or mental health provider if you have any concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (copy, images, meditations, materials) is owned by Casaonsse or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without express written consent.
